One year ago, I made a post about my health and fitness routine on LinkedIn. To my surprise, it garnered a lot of interest and was helpful to many of you. Since I’ve made some tweaks and introduced new supplements lately, I felt an update was due.
My goals haven’t changed: To stay fit and lean all year round, while minimizing effort and not making significant compromises socially or otherwise.
